This is long overdue... was planning to refurbish this old skool lid for quite some time now, just didnt got ard to do it... but alas, its in the good hands of Eugene from Eugene Saddlery... frankly, i dont not have a clue if this lid is indeed old skool, Eugene had a look at it, and said it may be in the region of 30yrs old, judging from its leather edgings, in which helmets makers do not produce it in this manner these days... and suggested that he will clean it up and re-glue it to maintain the vintage feel instead of replacing it with pvc ones... am excited to see the outcome, now, where do i get those STP, Castro stickers ...?
